 So, a little bit information about me. I have been living in Florida since 2011. I moved here basically for my Master's Degree....not in Art, but in Business. During the school years I fell in love with the sunshine, the beach, and of course, the inspirations from nature here in Florida. I have made many good friends, we share a lot of interests in common but one thing I know I love is unique--drawing. I never learned how to draw, I just love drawing. I remembered my art teacher in elementary school told me I was pretty good at drawing and I could be an artist in the future. However, I didn't get a chance to really practice it till I graduated from college. I went to CSU and during that 4 years I fell in love with the redwoods in California and they inspired me a lot. After settling down in Florida, I got some free time and thanks to my best friend, I got to try different things using different materials and drawing tools. I love doing it. Still, I never learned how to use different things like a pro, I just do it, try it, see how it works, then find my own way to do the drawings. I'm very passionate about what I do. I enjoy expressing my feelings, my thoughts and my idea on the glasses I create and I hope they will bring joy to you. That's why we called "the Jolly Martian"! I share my love for creativity with paints and the idea of creating beautiful and unique things. Bo--Owner/Artist
 Hey there! Welcome to The Jolly Martian, you are probably wondering why "the jolly Martian"? Well, I am an animal lover (you can probably tell from all the items I have here right? ) My baby dog's name is Mars, however, he has a lot of different nicknames and one of them we used most frequently is "Martian". He loves his treats and when he hears the word "walk" he becomes so excited! I love him so much that's why I put his picture on as my logo. He is always happy and he is so curious about everything! I named my store The Jolly Martian because I want him to be always happy and healthy!

Make it personal Throughout the years, there have been many new different designs added to my Etsy shop. Moreover, when it comes to 
"personalization", I have built strong skills thanks to all my valuable customers who trust me enough to let me customize their own glasses. Below are some examples. Most of the customized orders are for pets, we all spoil our little babies and we want something "special" for them, for us too. I always have fun doing the customized glasses/mugs, because to me, they are building that special connection between me and my customers, and their pets. I got a set of 4 hummingbird glasses in the tall 19 oz wine glasses. Shipping was supersonic fast (2 days from Florida to Arizona) and they arrived safe and sound because they were packed so well. The hand painted hummingbirds are stunning! The colors are brilliant and the attention to detail is exceptional! Thanks so much to Bo for all your help and advice on this order. Wow I am obsessed with the custom painted wine glass I ordered! The seller was an absolute joy to work with, they were so patient and kind. We discussed the design for a bit as I wanted the birds to be purple martins. Once everything was decided on they quickly got to work! Shipping was fast and the packaging was superb!
